Wright Night: The World of Design

Join us for this family-friendly, free community event!

Inspired by designs from around the world, participants will enjoy free activities including:

• Simple henna designs by henna artist Sumaia Akter from Buffalo Henna
• Print your own block print card using traditional Pakistan block print textiles (courtesy of Stitch Buffalo)
• Drop-in Martin House Curator spotlights about the Japanese influence on Wright’s designs

For just $5, join Nadeen (Macramé by Nadeen) for a macramé workshop for beginners. Participants will create two keychains while learning the basic macramé knotting techniques. All supplies provided. Space is limited. Registration is required.

Optional self-guided tours can be reserved to step inside the beautifully-restored Martin House. Advance reservations recommended.
