Hours of Operation:
January: Open Thursday - Monday from 10:30am - 2:30pm.
Monday, January 20, the store will remain open until 3:30pm.
Note: The store will be closed during annual maintenance week from January 21 - 29, reopening on Thursday, January 30.
You do not have to be scheduled for a tour to visit the store. It is open to the public during these hours.

Our Guarantee and Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it within 60 days for replacement, exchange or refund. The item must be returned in the original packaging and unused. Returns should be sent to: Martin House Retail, 118 Summit Ave., Buffalo, NY 14214.
If an item has been damaged in transit or is defective, call 716-856-3858 ext. 401 or email - and we will provide you instructions for the return.
All refunds will be issued in the same method of the original transaction within 30 days. Please keep your receipt.
All sale merchandise is considered "Final Sale". No exchanges, refunds or replacements will be offered.
Any item in the online shop may be ordered by phone also. Call 716.856.3858 x401 to speak to our museum store staff. Orders can be placed Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm EST.
Tax is added to any order shipped within New York State at the rate of 8.75%. Sales tax is not added to orders shipped outside New York State.
Shipping charges are added to all orders automatically in the shopping cart.
